All our practitioners are experienced and dedicated to the children in their care, hold relevant qualifications and ensure good practice is maintained through Continual Professional Development.
Ashleigh
Managing Director, Manager & SENDCo
Ashleigh is Level 3 qualified and has been with the Pre-school family since September 2015. She is currently studying for her Level 5. She has years of experience with SEN and has many years of experience working with children in various settings and has gained many bonds with families over the years.
Ashleigh is our managing director and manager, who oversees the running of the entire pre-school; she is dedicated and passionate about providing children with the best care to support their overall development and milestones. She is a bubbly and fun character and always gains the child's interest with her quick wit, she enjoys having a good bond with the family's and is always available for a chat.
Sophie
Financial Director & Deputy Manager
Sophie is Level 3 qualified and joined us in April 2022, who is also studying her level 5. She has experience of SEN and has worked at a specialist school before starting at Preschool. Sophie has many years of experience with children in various environments and gained copious amounts of experience throughout her years of a practitioner.

Sophie is our deputy manager and Financial Director; who oversees the funding, fees and finances. She is passionate about providing children with support and offering encouragement for boundaries, where children can challenge their independence and decision-making skills. Sophie engages with parents through strengthening the bonds with both family and child and is always available for a chat.

Joanne
Pre-school Practitioner
Joanne is Level 3 qualified and joined us in 2023. She has over twenty years of experience with children and recently achieved numerous qualifications and has great safeguarding knowledge. Joanne has worked with various ages, ranging from age four to eleven over the years. Joanne has many years experience working in SEN and fantastic strategies for encouraging independence.

Joanne has a kind and lively personality, and always shows empathy towards others. She shows such passion for childcare, including the overall learning and development in Early Years.

Terri
Pre-school Practitioner
Terri is Level 4 qualified and joined us in 2023. Terri has over twelve years of experience with working with children and has achieved various qualifications including her training in ELKLAN (a comprehensive range of speech, language and communication) which supports children in all areas. Terri is a hardworking, honest individual who is always willing to learn new skills.

Terri is a bubbly and kind natured person. She loves to create messy play, being fully involved with the children, where the play can be extended.
