Ashleigh
Managing Director, Manager & SENDCo
Ashleigh is Level 3 qualified and has been with the Pre-school family since September 2015. She is currently studying for her Level 5. She has years of experience with SEN and has many years of experience working with children in various settings and has gained many bonds with families over the years.
Ashleigh is our managing director and manager, who oversees the running of the entire pre-school; she is dedicated and passionate about providing children with the best care to support their overall development and milestones. She is a bubbly and fun character and always gains the child's interest with her quick wit, she enjoys having a good bond with the family's and is always available for a chat.

Michelle
L3 Pre-school Practitioner in learning
​​Michelle is our newest member of the team and is a valued member of our staff within Pre-school. Michelle is currently training to achieve her Level 3 in childcare. Michelle has worked with many children of various ages and needs. As she continues to learn and grow, she is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our children. With a wealth of personal experience as a mother of three and a grandmother to two, Michelle brings a natural warmth and understanding to her role. We are excited to see her skills and knowledge develop as she works towards becoming a fully qualified member of our team. Michelle’s enthusiasm and dedication to early years education make her a wonderful asset to our team, she is always full of new ideas.
Terri
Pre-school Practitioner
Terri is Level 4 qualified and joined us in 2023. Terri is our Room Leader, she has over twelve years of experience with working with children and has achieved various qualifications including her training in ELKLAN (a comprehensive range of speech, language and communication) which supports children in all areas. Terri is a hardworking, honest individual who is always willing to learn new skills.

Terri is a bubbly and kind natured person. She loves to create messy play, being fully involved with the children, where the play can be extended.
